Vector

Ashby

On trackimproving

Summary

Ashby is moving well with 11 of 23 tasks done, two phases complete, and 7 tasks finished in the last 7 days. The critical dbt and dashboard build chain is actively progressing with no blockers or overdue work.

Risks

Medium

Neither Nate Coleman nor Ritu Sharma has portal access yet, leaving the customer team unable to self-serve or track progress directly.

Low

The ASH-27 Provision Snowflake service account with read-only access to ANALYTICS schema task is upstream of two branches of the build chain. Any slip here would ripple downstream quickly.

Low

Customer was last seen 3 days ago. Not alarming yet, but worth a check-in to keep momentum through the Content Build phase.

Wins

Complete infosec review and security questionnaire moved to complete

Focus today

ASH-30 First clean dbt compile in Vector staging is gating metric definition and all downstream dashboard work.

ASH-31Define first 10 metrics in dbt .yml

This week

Drive the dbt compile and metric definition chain to completion before the Semantic Layer phase target date of Oct 26.

Get portal access provisioned for Nate Coleman and Ritu Sharma so the customer can engage directly and reduce back-and-forth.

Confirm the Content Build phase plan with Ashby to protect the Nov 8 target and keep the Dec 5 go-live on track.
