ChowNow

At riskdeclining

Summary

ChowNow is 7 days from go-live with 5 tasks open, a blocked go-live readiness review, and the Content Build phase already 19 days overdue. CHOW-38 Validate migrated numbers against Tableau (parity sign-off) is the single critical dependency standing between ChowNow and a successful launch.

Risks

High

CHOW-46 Go-live readiness review (parity, SSO, permissions) is blocked by CHOW-38 Validate migrated numbers against Tableau (parity sign-off), and go-live is in 7 days. If parity sign-off slips even one more day, the launch window is in serious jeopardy.

High

Content Build phase is 19 days overdue with an open task still in progress. This phase should have closed three weeks ago and is directly upstream of the blocked go-live review.

Medium

None of the three contacts (Lucia Herrera, Kevin O'Rourke, Sandra Kim) have portal access enabled, which limits their ability to self-serve on outstanding tasks and raises engagement risk in the final sprint.

Wins

Document current Tableau reporting landscape and top dashboards moved to complete

Set up CI checks on semantic layer changes moved to complete

Focus today

Parity sign-off is the sole blocker on the go-live review. Unblocking it today is the only way to keep Oct 31 alive.

CHOW-46 Go-live readiness review cannot start until CHOW-38 is done. Confirm who owns sign-off and set a hard deadline for today or tomorrow.

CHOW-37 Migrate team dashboards (batch 1) feeds directly into parity validation. Confirm it is fully complete so CHOW-38 can close.

This week

Drive CHOW-38 Validate migrated numbers against Tableau (parity sign-off) to done by end of Monday so CHOW-46 Go-live readiness review can start immediately.

Enable portal access for all three contacts so the team can review tasks, sign off on milestones, and raise issues without going through Caroline.

Confirm the go-live date is still realistic with ChowNow leadership. If parity review slips past mid-week, a brief rebaseline conversation is better than a surprise miss on Oct 31.
