Sylvera

On trackimproving

Summary

Sylvera is in strong shape with 19 of 25 tasks done and five phases complete. The final Training, Rollout and Go-live phase is active with 6 open tasks and go-live is 26 days out, well within reach if the current momentum holds.

Risks

Medium

Neither Freya Nilsson nor James Whitmore has portal access, leaving the customer team dependent on the vendor for visibility into their own onboarding with 26 days to go-live.

Low

The final phase has a chain of 7 tasks blocking each other, meaning a slip on any one (such as SYL-4 Provision BigQuery service account with read-only access to ANALYTICS schema) will cascade across the remaining work.

Wins

Set up CI checks on semantic layer changes moved to complete

Focus today

SYL-4 Provision BigQuery service account with read-only access to ANALYTICS schema is blocking 2 tasks directly. Unblocking it today accelerates the whole delivery chain.

This week

Get portal access enabled for Freya Nilsson and James Whitmore so the customer can self-serve and track progress directly.

Drive the blocking task chain from SYL-4 through to SYL-15 Validate migrated numbers against Looker (parity sign-off) to clear the critical path before the Nov 8 phase target.

Confirm the go-live readiness checklist with Sylvera stakeholders and lock in the Nov 18 date or flag any scope risk early.
