Huel

On trackimproving

Summary

Huel is moving well with 15 of 27 tasks done, 7 completions in the last 7 days, and three phases wrapped. The main friction point is HUEL-13 Rebuild executive KPI dashboard in Vector, which is 3 days overdue and unassigned, sitting on the critical path to dashboard migration and parity sign-off.

Risks

Medium

HUEL-13 Rebuild executive KPI dashboard in Vector is 3 days overdue with no assignee, and it blocks HUEL-14 Migrate team dashboards (batch 1) and ultimately parity sign-off.

Medium

Raj Mehta has bounced and has no portal access, yet holds an open task (HUEL-17 Configure Microsoft Entra SAML SSO). If he stays unreachable, SSO setup stalls.

Low

All three contacts lack portal access, which limits customer-side visibility and self-service momentum as the project moves into its busier migration and rollout phases.
