Loop Returns

On trackimproving

Summary

Loop Returns is moving well with 17 of 31 tasks done, four phases complete, and 7 tasks completed in the last 7 days. One overdue task in Security needs a nudge, but go-live is 50 days out and the pipeline is healthy.

Risks

Medium

LOOP-16 Complete infosec review and security questionnaire is 3 days overdue and assigned to Sofia Marchetti, who has no portal access. This task sits inside the Security phase with 7 open tasks, so a slip here could bottleneck governance work.

Medium

All three contacts lack portal access, which limits async visibility and could slow customer-side task completion as Security and Training phases ramp up.

Low

The critical path runs through LOOP-4 Provision Snowflake service account with read-only access to ANALYTICS schema blocking two downstream tasks, and LOOP-8 Define first 10 metrics in dbt .yml blocking two more. Any stall at these nodes ripples forward.

Wins

Set up CI checks on semantic layer changes moved to complete

LOOP-7First clean dbt compile in Vector staging

This week

Get portal access provisioned for Sofia Marchetti, Derek Huang, and Priya Shah so they can self-serve on Security and Training tasks.

Drive LOOP-16 Complete infosec review and security questionnaire to Done this week before it impacts the Security phase target date of Nov 16.

Map the remaining critical-path dependencies through Security and Training phases to confirm the Dec 12 go-live date is still realistic.
