Raycast

At riskimproving

Summary

Raycast is 9 days in with 4 tasks completed this week and the customer active yesterday, but 6 blocked tasks across 4 phases, including 3 with no documented blocker, are the main threat to the Dec 30 go-live.

Risks

High

RAY-17 Configure Google Workspace SAML SSO, RAY-21 Enable AI analyst for pilot group and collect feedback, and RAY-18 Map roles and row-level permissions to teams are all blocked with no documented reason, meaning there is no clear path to unblocking them.

High

RAY-4 Provision BigQuery service account with read-only access to ANALYTICS schema is blocking two tasks and stalling the entire Technical Setup phase. Until it moves, connectivity work cannot progress.

Medium

All three contacts (Priya Raman, Felix Gruber, Marta Silva) have portal access but have not yet engaged with their open tasks. Each holds 4-6 open items that are upstream of blocked work.

Wins

Validate metric definitions with the data team moved to complete
